The Horses

MD Competition Image, or "Image," is a 1992 registered AQHA gelding who is retired from a long and successful show career on the national Quarter Horse circuit. Students ride him in our lesson program as well as compete with him at local and open shows. He knows his job well, and our students are always in the blues. His reliability and experience in the show ring teaches students how to become effective riders while allowing them to gain confidence. Aside from his role as teacher and confidence builder, he is extremely loveable and can be quite a character.

Clu Tardy Too, or "Beau," is a 2000 double registered APHA and PtHA gelding. He has had an extraordinary show career including a Pinto World Championship title, numerous World Top Five's and a Reserve World High-Point Horse. Beau has earned many national points and year end awards with students, and continues to show at a national level but also enjoys taking students to their first shows as beginners. He consistently carries students to their first blue ribbons in lead-line and walk-trot classes, and is a favorite among RHF students.

FOR SALE UC Fascinatin' Rythum, or "Rythum," is a 1999 registered Morgan mare. She is very bold and confident over fences and loves to go on hunter paces, swim in the ocean, trail ride and school low level dressage. She is incredibly sweet and charismatic, enjoying attention from our students.

Hot Little Julep, or "Julep," out of Only Krymsum, by a daughter of Potential Investment, is a May 2011 double registered APHA and AQHA. This pretty bay filly is a beautiful mover. She keeps everyone at the barn entertained with her youthful antics.

FOR SALE Sure to Give a Chute, or "Sonny," out of Who Gives a Chute by Zipalong Betsy, is a 2002 chestnut Quarter Horse. This kid-friendly horse is owned a youthrider, has been shown successfully locally, trail-ridden, and is used in our lesson program. Sonny is a freindly horse looking for his new family.
